RESTORATION AND PRESERVATION

Exterior restoration and preservation of existing structures is our core business, often provided in combination with exterior envelope design, waterproofing and concrete repairs.

Our team has technical expertise and experience to detect problems, restore and repair any deteriorating conditions and provide comprehensive water management solutions.

Most importantly, we will work with building owners to preserve existing structures in order to prevent possibility of future failure and to extend building longevity.

Note to building owners: We advise to use a licensed professional for any small water infiltration and structural problems. Often, when temporary fixes are implemented, the water is trapped inside the building and deterioration is accelerated causing serious problems, which are much more expensive to fix.
